Terms and Conditions

You must be capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

PH LIVE provides a public situational awareness map that may display third-party data layers (including weather, hazards, transport, and publicly linked webcams). Information is provided for general awareness only and is not an official government warning system, emergency dispatch channel, or professional advice.

Feeds, positions, alerts, and other layers may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Always follow official instructions from competent Philippine authorities during emergencies.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that present security or abuse risks.

Authenticated users may submit publicly accessible webcam streams for display on the map and manage listings associated with their account (including updates and retraction), subject to review, automated checks, and moderation.

By submitting or managing a webcam, you represent and warrant that:

• The stream URL is already publicly reachable (not behind private credentials you are not authorized to share).
• You own the feed, operate it, or otherwise have clear authority to publish the link and related metadata on PH LIVE.
• Publication does not violate privacy rights, property rights, intellectual property, confidentiality, local ordinances, or any Philippine statute.
• The feed does not intentionally target private residences, locker rooms, medical treatment areas, schools in a manner that endangers minors, or other sensitive spaces without a lawful basis.
• You will promptly update or retract a listing if access rights change or if the stream becomes private, misleading, or unlawful.

PH LIVE may refuse, hide, delist, geotag-correct, or permanently remove any submission without prior notice when needed for safety, legality, quality, quota, or platform integrity. Listing on PH LIVE does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with management.

You retain ownership of content you submit (titles, descriptions, evidence links, and similar metadata). You grant PH LIVE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt for map presentation, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You can retract eligible listings through account tools; residual copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited time.

• Submitting non-public, stolen, scraped-behind-login, or password-gated streams.
• Impersonation, false location data, or deceptive camera labeling.
• Using the Service to stalk, harass, discriminate, or commit offenses under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175) or other laws.
• Attempting to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Uploading malware, phishing links, or unlawful advertising.

Webcam video is served by third-party operators (for example YouTube or other hosts). Map layers may come from government or commercial providers. Their terms, availability, and content are outside PH LIVE’s control. Links or embeds do not mean endorsement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, PH LIVE, ITS OWNERS, MANAGEMENT, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Walang pananagutan ang PH LIVE, ang management, mga may-ari, opisyal, empleyado, kontraktor, at kaakibat nito para sa anumang pagkawala, pinsala, claim, demanda, o pananagutan—direkta, hindi direkta, incidental, special, consequential, o punitive—na nanggaling sa o may kaugnayan sa: (a) paggamit o kawalan ng kakayahang gamitin ang Serbisyo; (b) mga pampublikong webcam na isinumite, ipinakita, o pinamamahalaan ng mga user; (c) nilalaman, katumpakan, o pagkaantala ng third-party streams at data layers; (d) desisyon o aksyon na ginawa batay sa mapa o mga alerto; o (e) hindi awtorisadong pag-access, pagkaantala, o pagkakamali ng sistema—maliban kung ang naturang pagwawaksi ay hayagang ipinagbabawal ng batas.

English: PH LIVE and its management shall have no liability (“walang pananagutan”) for losses or claims arising from public webcam submissions, display, or management; reliance on map data; third-party feeds; or service interruptions, except where liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law (including liability for willful misconduct or fraud where mandatory rules apply).

If liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability to you for claims relating to the Service is limited to one thousand Philippine pesos (PHP 1,000) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the preceding three months (if any), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PH LIVE and its management from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your webcam submissions, your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights or violates privacy or law, notify us with sufficient detail to locate the listing and assess the claim. We may remove or restrict content while reviewing reports. Repeat or severe violations may result in account termination.

You and PH LIVE shall comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including without limitation:

• Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and related NPC rules.
• Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175).
• Civil Code of the Philippines and relevant rules on obligations and damages.
• Intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293), as amended.
• Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) to the extent it applies to the Service.
• Local government ordinances and lawful orders of competent authorities concerning public safety, surveillance, and communications.

Nothing in these Terms requires either party to violate mandatory Philippine law. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Exclusive venue for disputes shall lie in the proper courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or privacy remedies available under law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
